Ⅱ. 배지와 시약
A. Formula
Heart infusion agar, 2% solution 100mL
Potassium tellurite, 0.3% solution 15mL
L-Cystine …(drop)

1) gravis 집락은 편평하고 어두운 회색이고, 방사모양의 줄무늬와 건조하고 불규칙한 가장자리를 가진다.
