골의 무기 성분(成分) 함량은 약 65%(wt%)이며, 결정학적으로 수산화인회석[Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2]을 기본으로 하는 구조이며, 인체내 칼슘과 인의 99%와 85%를 함유하고 있다
혈장 칼슘농도는 8.8~10.4mg%(2.2~2.6mM)의 범위 내에서 엄격하게 유지된다 혈장 칼슘은 여러 형태로 존재하는데, 생리학적으로 활성형인 이온형태의 칼슘은 약 5mg으로 전체 칼슘의 약 50%를 차지하며, 약 4mg의 칼슘은 혈장단백질인 albumin(3mg) 또는 globulin(1mg)과 결합한 형태로 존재하는데 이 칼슘은 확산될 수 없는 칼슘이다. 또한 약 1mg의 칼슘은 작은 음이온과 복합체를 이루어 존재하는데 이들은…(省略)

Ⅲ. Materials & Methods
① Introduce into a centrifuge tube 1ml of sample, 3ml of D.D.W and 1ml of 4% ammonium oxalate solution.
② Mix thoroughly & Stand for 30 min or longer & Mix the contents again.
③ Centrifuge for 5 min at 1500 rpm & Pour off the supernatant carefully.
④ Wash with 4ml of 0.5% ammonium hydroxide soln.
⑤ Centrifuge for 5 mi at 1500 rpm & Pour off the supernatant carefully.
⑥ Add 2ml of 1N sulfuric acid & Mix thoroughly.
⑦ Place the tube in a boiling water for 1 min.
⑧ Titrate with 0.01N KMnO4 to a definite pink color which persists for 30s at least.
① Introduce 1ml of sample or blank solution into tubes.
② Add 0.5ml of 5N sulfuric acid.
③ Add 1ml of acid molybdate reagent.
④ Mix thoroughly & Add 0.1ml reducing agent(ANSA)
⑤ Add 2.4 ml of D.D.W. & Mix well.
⑥ Read absorbance at 660nm after 10 min.
